URBAN Driving School provides driving tuition to pupils via a ADI Fully qualified approved driving instructor with proof on display of a green certificate on the windscreen of the car.
Your instructor reserves the right to refuse driving tuition should he/she feel it necessary due to the pupils misconduct, ill health or if he/she believes that they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed or illegal).

Urban Driving School Driving Test Procedure

All driving tests include a 60 minute lesson, use of vehicle on test and return journey to place of pick up. If your driving test is cancelled by the DSA at short notice due to shortage of staff or sickness,the full test session fee (£70) will be charged. We reserve the right to withdraw the driving school vehicle for use on a driving test if the instructor considers the student not to be at test standard. This is in the interest of road safety

Urban Driving School Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Notice must be given in the case of a driving lesson being cancellation.  Driving Lessons cancellations with less than 24 Hours Notice must be paid in full. Urban Driving School cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of lessons due to ill health, adverse weather conditions, vehicle mechanical breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances . However we will rebook your lesson as soon as possible / convenient.

Urban Driving School Payment Policy

Payment for driving tuition fees should be made by cash or cheque (cheques should be made payable to the driving instructor). Block booking fees should always be paid in advance and individual lesson fees should be paid at the start of each lesson.
